A multi-functional hall
The WiikHall Vision model consists of a hall structure in galvanized steel that is clad in flame-retardant polyester-reinforced PVC or with steel plates. On completion, it looks to all intents and purposes like a permanent building, and with the deployment of additional equipment such as entrance doors, gates, loading ramps, ventilation and lighting it can be utilized for a large range of purposes.
Typical examples of use are bulk storage, harbour warehouses and dehumidified storage. However, the tent has true multi-purpose potential and can also be utilized as a sports hall or aircraft hangar, requiring only a few modifications.
In any emergency aid situation, or in a broader context of potential uses, the Vision model is therefore the obvious choice.
The halls are supplied in different widths – from 15 metres up to 50 metres. Due to their modular structure, there is no limit to how long they can be extended.
Textiles
The sheet is manufactured in Norway and approved by the Norwegian Fire Research Laboratory (SINTEF). The sheet has one of the highest scores on the market for tearing and tensile strength, and is delivered with a five-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Steel
O.B. Wiik’s storage halls with hot-dip galvanized steel frames are designed in accordance with Norwegian and EU standards.

Aluminum
O. B. Wiik’s aluminum structures are designed in accordance with EURO code 9 part 1-1, Design of Aluminium Structures-Part 1-1 general rules – General rules and regulations for buildings.
Climatic conditions
To the naked eye, O.B. Wiik storage halls look the same regardless of location, but we make sure to adapt our solid basic structure to suit local climate conditions.
Safe anchoring
The storage halls are anchored with foot plates on most types of surface. In cooperation with the Norwegian Geotechnical Institute, O.B. Wiik has conducted tests to calculate the optimal use of ground stakes for anchoring directly into the ground. If we are in doubt about the solidity of the ground, we carry out tests on-site.

O.B. Wiik’s experts have long experience in equipping storage halls with proper lighting.
Entrance doors and gates
We deliver doors to suit all requirements, from standard sliding doors to complex high-speed doors and sectional overhead doors.
