When Rygge rifle club attends a competition, they always pack their practical tent, marked with their logo, in the trunk.

One tent with numerous options

A quick chat with Alf Kristian Tollefsrød, one of the members of Rygge rifle club, is all that’s needed to understand how versatile the pop-up tents from O.B.Wiik really are. They can use their tent to change clothes in if it is raining, for selling products and refreshments to help fund the club and to allow young people to try laser shooting. They also use the tent for profiling purposes:

“Our new tent looks great,” confirms Alf Kristian Tollefsrød. “With it, we are much more visible at competitions and this helps us increase recruitment to the club and makes us look much more professional in comparison with other competitors.”

A pop-up tent is ideal for clubs and associations, whether they are involved in sports, politics or other activities and events. They are available in a range of colours, but can also be ordered with full print of the customer’s own design on both walls and roof. The customer decides how many walls are needed, and the tents can also be equipped with windows, half-walls or doors.

Focus on quality

The aim when designing the pop-up tent was to supply a product that was easy to erect and transport, but without compromising on quality. In fact, customers are guaranteed a quality product with a long lifetime. The aluminum frame is very robust despite its low weight, and the canvas in the roof and walls is flame-retardant, has UV treatment and is impregnated.

Easy to erect – easy to transport

In addition to the strength of the materials, one of the major benefits with the pop-up tent is that it is so easy to use, both with a view to assembly and transport.

“It is so quick and easy to remove and fit the walls. It takes hardly any time to pack the tent away and is easy to transport,” comments coach Knut Arne Tollefsrød. “The tent takes hardly any place in the trunk, and is a fantastic help when we are travelling to take part in competitions and the like.”

A high range of options

The pop-up tents are available in a wide variety of sizes, from 1.5 x 1.5 m up to 4 x 8 m (pro tent). Even with the largest tent, the frame weight is no more than 60 kg, and the smallest frame weighs as little as 13 kg!

If required, you can attach a range of accessories to the tent, such as gutters, plastic flooring, reinforcement, sales counters etc. Click here for more info, including a number of references and examples of pop-up tents used in different situations.
